One Week Old!

Well, on Ethan's seventh day of life, not too much happened. He still is doing very well. Some good news is that he is now on only 1 medication! When he first came out of surgery Monday he was on about a dozen. Because he has been taking milk, they no longer need to feed him TCP (a nutrient-rich IV cocktail) so that's one less line. Sunday morning DRs plan to remove 2 other access lines, the "Central Line" which is in his neck, and the "A Line" which is in his hip. They are removing them because they don't need them! So things are going great!

Dan and Julie,
Thank you so much for allowing us to see your precious little Ethan. It was truly a blessing for us to see in person how well he is doing and to see that both of you are hanging in there so well. God has been so good and we're praising Him with you. Looking forward to seeing him and you both in October when I return to visit Brandon and Jess.
God's blessings,
Rich, Jody & Garrett
